Information and Referral

 

Airman and Family Readiness assists DoD employees and family members with information and referral to resolve issues that occur as a result of the military mission or daily by clarifying needs, determining appropriate resources, and making referrals to agencies on and off base.

• One-on-one appointments
• Heart Link- Spouse orientation for all spouses new to Lackland or the Air Force
• Financial Aid Strategies – Information on finding scholarships, loans, and grants for college

 

 

Loan Locker

 

For arriving active duty members, the JBSA loan locker is now at Randolph AFB at the Airman and Family Readiness Center, 555 F Street West, Bldg 693, as part of their Relocation Center. The hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon. For more information , please call 210-652-2480.
