Lackland Club Member wins big with Football Frenzy!
Think nobody ever really wins
those contests we try to get you to enter? Think again! One of our very own Lackland members, TSgt (ret.) John Carpenter, is one of the lucky grand prize winners receiving a FREE trip
for two with roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, rental car, and tickets to The Big Game in Dallas.
John and his wife are loyal AF Club members who enjoy attending Sunday Brunch,
Karaoke Night, and weekday lunches as well as special events featured at the Gateway Club. TSgt (ret) Carpenter exclaimed, "I couldn't believe that I had really won when they contacted
me about the prize! We are really looking forward to going to Dallas and having the whole Super Bowl experience." Other AF Club members who also won Super Bowl trips are coming from Offutt,
Wright-Patterson and Grand Forks Air Force Bases.
AF Club membership pays! Just ask our Gateway Club members TSgt (ret) Wendell Corprew and his wife Mabel who won an all expensepaid
trip to see a regular season NFL game in Tampa last year. They enjoyed five nights in sunny Florida and attended the Buccaneers vs. Jets game.
So, plan on attending a Monday night Football
Frenzy viewing next season, and you just might be the next winner packing a bag for the trip of a lifetime!

| Get in on the excitement of bingo at Mitchell Hall every Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Admission is free to AF club members and $5 for non-members. On Sundays, doors open at 1:30 p.m. with games starting at 3 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, doors open 5 p.m., and games start at 7 p.m. Call the Gateway Club, 645-7034, for more information. |
