storytimeThe Friday story/craft hour is generally geared toward preschoolers. It is a themed program that can include story time, theme related songs, and parent assisted craft projects where the children can take their project home afterwards. An example day would be a reading of "The Little Red Hen", followed by a song about chickens sung to the tune of "Here We Go 'Round the Mulberry Bush", and then a project that involves pasting together a chicken from pre-cut construction paper.
